What counts as a page view?
Each page a visitor opens on one of your sites, including single-page-app navigation. Clicks, scrolls and custom events are not counted against the limit.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Nothing stops at once: data keeps arriving for a while above the limit and we ask you to upgrade. Only well past the limit are new page views paused until the next month or an upgrade.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades are prorated; after cancelling you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Who handles payment and VAT?
Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. They take the payment, add VAT where it applies, and send the invoices.
